“Where’s the story?” Writer Walt Jaschek has asked that question his whole career. The St. Louis native edited “The Current” newspaper at UMSL, where he earned a communications degree. A knack for finding brand stories led him into copywriting, where his national advertising work garnered many industry awards. In 2018, he was inducted into the St. Louis Media Hall of Fame.
